Terms of Use
Kutio is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed on the Mac App Store, unless a custom agreement is shown in the App Store listing. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Kutio works only with the files you open, drop onto it or select. You are responsible for the archives you open, extract and create, and for making sure that doing so complies with the law and with any rights or policies that apply to those files. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose before you edit an archive.
Kutio bundles open-source and third-party components that carry their own licences; see Open Source & Acknowledgements.
Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Kutio is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Davidovski GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damage to the extent permitted by Swiss law. This does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence where Swiss law does not allow an exclusion.
Governing law is Swiss law, with courts in Zurich, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
